Dr. Anh Bui, PT, DPT, CSCS


Dr. Anh Bui is an avid runner from Oakland, CA. She is a former NCAA Cross Country & Track and Field athlete from University of California, San Diego. During her time in San Diego, she worked in the field of neuroscience research and was published in 4 academic journals. Anh is also one of few individuals who studied exercise science and performance training at the Australian Institute of Sport- an experience she describes as “combining her passion for endurance sports and science at one of the most renowned facilities in the world.” 

Graduating from Columbia University Medical Center’s PT program, Anh’s goal is to get runners back on their feet and make them durable athletes. During PT school, Anh played lead roles in Columbia’s RunLab Clinic performing running gait evaluations and prescribing individualized exercise programs to high level runners. In addition, she lead an injury prevention program for underprivileged youth runners in Harlem, NY. 

On her free time, Anh enjoys running the roads and trails in CO, hiking, cooking exquisite meals, and raising indoor plants. Anh continues to compete in all distances from the 5k- marathon, though her favorite distance is the half marathon. Her favorite race is the Boston Marathon and favorite place to run is Central Park (NYC).
