Get a jump on the 2019 road season, improve your cycling fitness or simply add some heart-pumping variety to your winter fitness routine with indoor cycling classes!

Whether you’re a beginner or expert, roadie or enduro rider, full-time athlete or busy professional, our cycling classes are a fun, efficient way to kick-start your fitness in the new year.

With a new fleet of Wahoo Kickr’s and programming from a USA Cycling certified coach, we’ll help you reach your 2019 cycling or fitness goals. All you have to do is bring your own bike, heart rate monitor and drink bottle—our coaches will talk you through the rest.

Session goals range from improving aerobic fitness and lactate tolerance to often-neglected sprint and cadence work.

You can reserve your spot in class online. Free for members. $30 for drop ins. 2-3 days a week of training are advised for optimal benefit from the training. Come check out a class today.

Friday: 12:30p-2:00p & 7:00am-8:30am

Saturday: 9:00am-11:00am (weather dependent)
