Kettlebell fitness with Hannah!?
Join us starting on the 25th of July in welcoming the newest addition to the Revo team, Hannah Lally. Hannah will starting teaching a lunch time fitness class with a focus on movement performed with kettlebells.
This group class is designed and run by the same Strength and Conditioning Coaches that work with professional and Olympic athletes that come through REVO PT every day.
This class is for the athlete who is looking to maximize their fitness, lose weight, or put your metabolism into overdrive.
Classes will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic fitness through metabolic conditioning designed of speed, agility, power and strength training. Proper motor control and body mechanics are of the utmost importance for each participant to maximize gains.
