Massage therapy is a big part of our athletes recovery and rehabilitation plans. We offer in house massage sessions of 25 minutes, 55 minutes, 85 minute and 115 minutes. Sarah Gahagan will be your massage therapist.
Sarah can provide a relaxing session, focusing on Swedish massage, allowing the client to experience a sense of peace and resetting; a therapeutic session, focusing on Deep Tissue, allowing the client to experience a sense of release within the deeper muscle layers and fascia; or a more active session, focusing on Sports Massage, allowing the client to experience greater range-of-motion and the necessary pre and post-event therapy.
