Looking to stay fit on the bike this winter…

We’ve got you covered. We are now running indoor cycling classes with the latest wahoo kickers.

You bring your bike, we will provide the programming. Designed as a series, ideally athletes will attend at least 2 days per week. Classes will cycle through, intense interval, steady state, tempo to sprint and base training as we progress.

Come give a new class a try. Free for members. Drop in rate of $30.

Please schedule online. Class changes will be viewable here during the holidays.

Monday: 5:30pm-7:00pm

Tuesday: 7:00am-8:30am & 5:30pm-7:00pm

Wednesday: 7:00am-8:30am & 5:30pm-7:00pm

Thursday: 7:00am-8:30am & 5:30pm-7:00pm

Friday: 7:00am-8:30am

Saturday: 9:00am-11:00am (weather dependent)
