Time to make your preseason strength training a priority
Our annual preseason ski and snowboard strength class will be starting up on November 5th. Ski/snowboard specific classes will be held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 7:30am, Tuesday at 12:00 noon and Tuesday, Thursday evenings at 5:30pm. Classes will run for 60 minutes and be a variety of traditional strength and conditioning movements, think squat, deadlift, kettlebell swings with plyometric training, technique focus and trunk conditioning. We will also take time each session to mobilize and stretch areas of need so you leave us with a solid home program to keep you going all season long.
These classes will run from November 5, 2018 until January 18, 2019. Come workout with us once a week, twice, or even five times if you would like.
You can purchase classes at a drop in rate of $25
You also have the option of a package of 8 classes per month $129 or unlimited classes per month $159 (all of our other classes will also be available to you)
