Emily Kiberd, DC

Emily is a chiropractor, mama to Brooklyn and Elvis, and creator of Thyroid Strong a strength program for women with autoimmune conditions to learn how to work out without the burnout.

She owned her own multi-disciplinary clinic in New York City for thirteen years and relocated to Boulder in 2020 for more fresh air and sunshine. She was introduced to kettlebells in 2010 and never looked back. Her treatment style is a mix of chiropractic, Active Release Technique, rehab focused and believes lifting weights is a non-negotiable.

She has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Women’s Health, and Self Magazine for her expertise in strength training, rehabilitation, and ergonomics.
