Precision bike fitting for cyclists looking for more.
Revo’s premium bike fit combines clinical movement expertise, cycling biomechanics, and real-time coaching to create a position built around your body, your goals, and the way you actually ride.
Cycling does not have to be uncomfortable
At Revo, we look at the full rider-bike system. Your mobility, injury history, strength, posture, riding goals, training demands, and equipment setup all influence how you should sit, move, and perform on the bike.
We combine physical therapy expertise with cycling-specific analysis to help you find a position that supports both comfort and performance.
Our process is simple and thoughtful.
Step 1: Assess. We start by understanding your body, mobility, injury history, riding style, goals and current pain points. This is done by a Doctor of physical therapy to ensure accuracy.
Step 2: Analyze. We observe how you move on and off the bike—looking for movement patterns, stability issues, compensations, and efficiency loss that will alter your technique on the bike.
Step 3: Optimize. We will refine your saddle selection and position, cleats set up, cockpit and overall body posture to move closer to your goals. Whether that be eliminating pain, increasing longevity on the bike, or feeling stronger and more powerful.
Step 4: Coach. We will coach you through how to optimize your movement quality on the bike. Recruiting your glutes, reducing the shrug at your shoulder and more. We will ensure the new position translates into better feeling riding.
Most fits focus on the bike.
We focus on the rider.
Your bike position can’t be built on a simple template. As an individual, your joint mobility, movement quality, injury history and more must be factored in during a bike fit. There is no better way to ensure these factors are considered than working with a physical therapist who is also a bike fitter.
We have a host of advanced technologies at our disposal when further assessment is required. With in house high speed motion capture technology, we can observe your movement quality and identify the smallest movement dysfunction that may be a limiting factor on your pedal stroke. Surface EMG technology allows us to observe muscle recruitment and firing patterns or different muscle groups to assess symmetry and also efficiency on the bike.
Built for cyclists of all levels.
Our bike fits will benefit riders of all abilities. Professional riders looking to improve efficiency and muscle sequencing. Riders returning from injury or surgery. Enthusiast trying to improve their health span and longevity in the saddle and everyone in between.

FAQs
Do I need to bring my own bike?
Yes, this is ideal. We will put your bike on a stationary trainer to perform the fit. For most customers this will be the way to go. If you have questions about getting fit to set yourself up to purchase a custom made frame, email us first to go over those details.
What should I wear?
Wear your regular cycling clothing. Bibs or shorts with a chamois are important as we will be pedaling the bike quite a bit. Definitely bring the shoes you normally wear on the bike as we will evaluate the cleats and insoles. If you have other items that are important to your kit bring them ie gloves, specific socks
I had surgery recently and am trying to get back on the bike. When should I schedule a fit?
This is often a case by case basis. Generally speaking we prefer you have full range of motion at the surgical joint, have no swelling at the surgical joint and have good strength. If we perform a fit too early in the rehab process we may not get a representative look at your movement quality and riding position. When in doubt, email us.
How many bikes can we fit?
In a standard 2 hour fit session, we can get one of your bike fit. If you have two bikes you would like to be fit, we have an appointment type to get the second bike fit. That session is 3 hours. If you have additional bikes you need fitted, contact us so we can help get the proper time scheduled.
Will I have to purchase additional items to complete my new fit?
Maybe. We will make recommendations for equipment throughout the session. This may include a new saddle, stem, pedals, handlebars, etc
We have many of these items in house are you are welcome to purchase those items directly from us. When we do not have those items in house we will suggest other retail options.
