That’s why we’re adding a dedicated small group class and welcoming a more personalized approach.

Introducing Small Group Strength Training at Revo — designed exclusively for women who want to train smarter, lift heavier, and feel confident in their strongest body, all while being surrounded by women who get it.

Unlike larger group classes, this small group format ensures:

  • More individual attention from your coach

  • Better movement quality and injury prevention

  • Structured progression week to week, tailored to your needs

  • A deeper sense of connection with the women you’re training alongside

You’ll still get the camaraderie and motivation of group training — but with the coaching precision and programming structure your body deserves.

Already doing personal training? Lock in your second lift — without breaking the bank.

If you're working 1:1 with a trainer (whether it’s Colleen or someone else), but struggling to get your second weekly strength session, this is your solution.

Get access to the same smart, structured, and progressive programming Colleen uses with her private clients — all within a supportive small group of like-minded women, personally coached by her, and at a fraction of the cost.

Initial Class Times (More Coming Soon!)

  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 8:30am and 4:30pm

$50 per session, billed monthly, to secure your spot, commit to 1 x per week or 2 x per week for the month. For optimal consistency, we will not have drop ins for this class.

After years of leading large-group women’s strength classes, Revo is evolving to better meet the needs of the women we serve.

We are adding a more personalized, high-impact model: Small Group Strength Training — limited to just 4–6 women per session.

This change is rooted in a clear goal: to provide deeper coaching, smarter programming, and a more connected community experience.

Led by Dr. Colleen McGinnis, Doctor of Physical Therapy, women’s strength coach, and mountain athlete with 20+ years of experience helping women build resilient bodies that support them in life — not just in the gym.
