Mastering the basics of athletic movement is the key to long lasting performance.

At Revo, we focus on the movement not the muscle and teach from a foundation of movement standards that redefine how the strength and conditioning world thinks about movement.

Whether you want to run longer, sprint faster, hit harder, swing smoother, ski longer, extend your athletic career, or simply look more fit and live pain free, Revo has the most qualified practitioners to help you reach your goals.

Our membership revolves around our small group fitness classes. These classes are designed to prepare you for the rigors of your sport while emphasizing safe movement patterns as you progress in strength, conditioning and overall fitness. These classes are not programmed randomly but have a set purpose and periodization to ensure your body is able to adapt and realize gains throughout the entire year.

To start your membership we offer an orientation month where you will meet with one of our coaches for an initial and a follow-up review session. Both sessions are one hour long and will help you get familiar with the movements we perform in the classes. You will also receive a movement screen so we can help you take care of any mobility or movement quality concerns as you begin your new training program.

Gym Membership w/ programming- $159.00/month

  • Unlimited Access to Classes.

  • Access to Revo Strength and Performance Team Programming, this programming is periodized with progressive overload built-in and done by our head strength coach, Colleen McGinnis.

  • Unlimited access to Open Gym hours.

Customized programming- $185.00/month

  • Are you looking for a program that is customized to your sport or injury history? This is your best option.

  • Work with one of our expert physical therapists or strength coaches to develop a 3 day per week strength and mobility program to fit your exact needs.

  • Includes email access to your coach.

  • Does not include weekly feedback or video analysis.

  • Does not include gym access.

  • 4 and 5 day per week strength programs are also available.

Customized Coaching- $350.00/month

  • Are you looking for a customized program and more access to your coach for technique cues and corrections? This is your option

  • Work with one of our expert physical therapists or strength coaches to develop a 3 or 4 day per week strength and mobility program to fit your exact needs.

  • Includes email access to your coach.

  • Includes weekly feedback and/or video analysis.

  • Does not include gym access.

  • 4 and 5 day per week strength programs are also available.

Remote class programming- $29.00/month

  • HIIT is the quick-and-dirty of fitness training. One of the most efficient workouts around, this style of training will increase your metabolism and get you burning calories even after your workout. Great for the heart, great for longevity, all on top of a wonderful aesthetic bonus! Develop strength, power, and endurance all in one workout.

  • The name says it all. With strength development as the primary focus, this class leans more towards larger compound lifts and strong foundations. Looking to PR your next endurance race? This class is for you. Looking to walk into the office with Mother-of-Dragons-level confidence? This class is for you. Learn proper lifting technique. Build strength. Make gains. Do your thing better.

  • To put it in car terms, strength is like the body of the car, and conditioning is like the engine. If you are trying to build a sports car, you want the best of both. The most versatile and well-rounded athletes recognize the importance of training both the musculoskeletal system and the cardiovascular system. This class builds sports cars.

  • “There is no such thing as over-training, only under-recovery.” Increase your resilience and move pain-free! This class utilizes a variety of recovery tools such as foam rollers, lacrosse balls, voodoo floss, barbells, etc.

  • Dr. Colleen McGinnis leads Revo’s first women’s specific strength class, mixing barbell movements, skills, Kettlebells, and a hint of cardio. 

    This class is highly scalable, which means that any female at any fitness level can join. 

    Ladies, if you want to improve muscle and bone strength, get comfortable lifting weights in the gym, improve form, burn fat and calories, prevent injuries and improve your performance and have a bit of fun, this class is for you. 

    Class is Thursday evenings at 5:30pm
