Nick Kripowicz, CSCS, FRCms, FRSC, USAPL CC
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and have a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. Before moving to Colorado I managed a large personal training team where I onboarded, trained and developed 50+ new personal trainers in 4 years.
Over the years I’ve competed in MMA, wrestling, boxing, olympic weightlifting and over the last few years I’ve moved into bodybuilding, climbing and distance running. I’ve been passionate about fitness for more than 15 years, and have spent the last decade working with a wide variety of clients from powerlifters to ultrarunners.
I specialize joint health and resiliency, helping clients become more durable in the pursuit of their goals. Staying healthy and injury-free is critical to reaching any goal - you can’t train if you’re hurt, and you need healthy joints if you want to use them for hard training.
To do that I make sure that every new client receives an in-depth movement assessment, ensuring that your training plan fits your body, and addresses your weaknesses while allowing you to work hard with movements that match what you can do. I provide programming in addition to sessions through an app, as well as separate programming services for those who need less guidance.
