We collect information necessary to provide you with excellent clinical care and a seamless experience:

  • Personal identifiers: Name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address

  • Health and clinical information: Medical history, treatment notes, diagnoses, insurance details, referrals — governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

  • Communication preferences: Whether you've opted in to receive texts or emails from us

  • Website usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type (collected via cookies and analytics tools)

  • Payment information: Processed securely through third-party payment processors; we do not store card data

Text Messaging

Consent is required before we text you.We only send SMS/text messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in. You may opt in when scheduling your appointment, completing intake forms, or by texting START to our clinic number.

Once enrolled, you may receive the following types of text messages from Revo:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Scheduling changes or cancellation notices

  • Post-visit follow-up check-ins

  • Billing or insurance notifications

  • Occasional health and wellness updates (with your explicit permission)

Message frequency: Varies based on your appointment schedule and communication preferences. Most patients receive 2–4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

To opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any text message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START or contacting our front desk.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email Communications

We send emails in two categories:

Transactional emails — These are related to your care and account and do not require a separate opt-in. They include appointment confirmations, intake forms, receipts, and clinical communications.

Marketing and informational emails — newsletters, health tips, promotions, or clinic updates. You must opt in to receive these, and you may unsubscribe at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email

  • Emailing us directly to request removal

  • Contacting our front desk

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional communications related to your appointments or care.

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
