Payment Options

We operate as a cash-based practice. Payments for services are due upfront at the time of service. We accept several convenient forms of payment:

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • Checks

  • Cash

  • Bitcoin (via Strike App)

Insurance and Superbill

We do NOT accept insurance directly.
To ensure optimal care through longer and comprehensive sessions, REVO operates independently of insurance restrictions.

However, we can provide you with a Superbill:

  • A detailed invoice issued at the end of each month, outlining:

    • Personal Information

    • Date(s) of Service

    • Treatment Codes

    • Total Amount Paid

  • Submit your Superbill directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends solely on your insurance plan’s coverage for out-of-network services.

Requesting Your Superbill

To receive a Superbill, simply let us know at the end of the month.

  • Request via phone or email.

  • We will promptly prepare and deliver it directly to you.
