Steve Singleton,
Sports Massage Therapist

For more than 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people through massage—and over that time, my approach has continued to evolve.

I’ve never believed massage should be about simply finding the tight spot and digging into it. For me, it’s about understanding why you don’t move the way you want to move and using hands-on work to help change that.

My style blends sports massage, myofascial work, Thai massage, mobility techniques, and targeted therapeutic work. Whether you’re an athlete trying to improve performance, someone working through an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is the same: help your body move with more freedom and less restriction.

As a massage educator, I’ve also spent years teaching therapists how to think beyond individual techniques and understand the body in motion. That philosophy carries into every session I provide.

I’m not just interested in making you feel better on the table. I want you to move better when you get off of it.

Massage is the tool. Movement is the goal.
